At Sweet Us, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as promptly as possible. All in-stock items are typically shipped via Standard USPS within the United States. We also offer international shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom, and select European countries via Standard USPS Mail.

🗓 Order Processing

  • Orders are packaged and shipped Monday through Friday.
  • Orders received after 1:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • While many orders ship the same day, high order volumes may result in processing times of up to several days.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Charges

  • Your order will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order is placed.
  • Expedited shipping does not guarantee delivery by a specific date, as it does not include processing time.

📦 Product Availability

  • This policy applies to in-stock items only.
  • Out-of-stock, backordered, or special-order items may require additional processing time.
  • If an item is unavailable, you will be notified via email.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed, unless the item is confirmed as out of stock.

💳 Payment & Confirmation

  • Your payment is processed immediately upon order completion.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • International shipments are sent via Standard USPS Mail only.
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance.
